dhc系列药品包装自动生产线由dpp系列泡罩包装机(可选dpp250、350、与260h2、260k快速及dph190高速等机型)、摄像式在线检测系统、自动装盒机（zh90、120型快速、及zh200型高速）、s2系列自动检重机、薄膜捆包机（或热收缩膜包装机、）装箱机等相关设备组成：实现药品包装的自动化生产，以提高工效、降低成本，有效防止了药品在包装过程中的交叉污染，符合gmp要求。
*能自动完成药品泡罩包装、缺片检测、剔废、自动折叠说明书并与药板同时装入纸盒后进行高精度动态称量，成品盒完成检重后进行热收缩薄膜捆扎式包装、自动装箱。
*整条生产线各组成部分由独立的plc人机界面控制，并具备智能化同步运行 功能，动作协调、性能可靠。
*适用于对药品、保健、食品（奶片）等实行包装自动化生产。
*可分体进入电梯及装修后的净化车间

*the production line completes automatically the process of blister packing, inspection of missing tablets, rejection of damaged tablets,automaic folding of leaflets, inserting the leaflets with blisters and then weighing on-line. after weighing, the finished cartins are weapped by thermo-shrinking film and encased automatically.
